Rather than submitting a report for this weekend's workshop with Dr. Paull on Plate Tectonics, participants will fill out a survey form. I've changed the reporting summary to a survey format, so that the data can be better viewed and assessed for each participant.
The form must be filled within a week of the workshop or by the eighth day. Since the workshop is scheduled for Saturday, January 24, 2015, participants are expected to complete the report by Sunday, February 1, 2015.
