Uploading Documents to Instructor within Google Drive

As you complete some of your documents such as your Annotated Bibliography, Mentoring Plan, and the first Exploring Physics Summary, I need to have access to be able to make comments on your documents.

Last semester you didn't get a chance to receive comments about your work. To do so you need to do the following:

  1. Create the document using Google Docs. If you use another word processing program (e.g., Word), you will need to convert it to a Google Doc.
  2. Share the document with me. Use my Gmail address (reyram49@gmail.com).
  3. In the share settings give me "Comment" permission".
  4. Respond to the comments themselves or make changes to the paper as suggested. Then, hit resolve to remove the comment. Actually the comment isn't removed completely since its visible in the revision and comment history.
You can visit the following site to learn more about comments. HERE

A Quick Start tutorial for those of you who have limited ideas about how to use Google Drive and Google Apps can be found HERE.
